Notice Description

The contract will commence on 1st March 2021. The initial contract term will be for the period of 2 years. The initial term may be extended by two periods of 1 year each, taking the total potential contract term to 4 years. Any extension(s) following the initial term of the contract will be agreed between the Company and the Supplier. The Company will require the Supplier to demonstrate improvements in performance and/or price reductions before considering a contract extension.
