Notice Description
SD12/06 withdrawal and RAD development - Support AIG with the process for document development for SD12/96, in compliance with MDDv5 Stages 1-6: 1. Review Drivers for RAD Development 2. Selection of Relevant RAD Type 3. Business Management 4. Drafting 5. Review and Finalisation 6. Approval This includes, supporting AIG in their role as the Document Owner, undertaking delegated responsibilities as required. As directed by AIG tasks will include: documenting the drivers and identified solution, preparing the business case and QMR1 documentation, further to Gateway 2 establishing the TPB, consultation management, develop the Document Development Plan, coordinate peer review and subsequent document update, preparation of QMR2, coordination of updates and RAD finalisation and reporting on progress during this process - Based on the decisions during Stages 1 and 2; carry out the associated MDDv5 responsibilities of Document Authors. Tasks will include drafting the document in CARS, change log development, preparation for TPB and responding to updates required. - Facilitate, and undertake engagement with stakeholder Content Specialists, detailing the requirements within the draft. Where relevant contribute as a Content Specialists providing technical input and guidance in the authoring process. - Facilitate engagement with Peer Reviewers, capturing their feedback to the draft, within the CARS platform. Note the relevant responsibilities for Document Owners, Document Authors and Content Specialists are listed in an Annex to this scope although the full MDD document should be referred to as necessary. - Create a completed change request for any updates to the ADMM that would be needed to update reference to new standards/structure. - Engage with TAGG to ensure that any remaining MCHW references to the original SD12/96 document are appropriately updated to link to the new location(s). - Provide support to the project sponsor to review relocation of any element of SD12/96 that are not appropriate for RAD or Survey Manual guidance document. B IAN 99/07 withdrawal - Support AIG with the completion of the process for document development for IAN99/07, in compliance with MDDv5 Stages 5-6.
