Notice Description
Capital Programme - communal upgrade work. A need to appoint a Principal Designer for these works. Also Belvedere House and Coanwood House refurbishment work due to commence in January. Additional information: Because of the overall total estimate value, there was no requirement to tender through the NEPO Pro-Contract procurement web-portal. A minimum of '3' service quotations were requested and obtained to evidence value-for-money.
