The aim of this procurement is to identify a qualified lead provider to undertake research to understand and explore the drivers behind the ever growing FY3 cohort. This exercise will seek to explore and understand the following: (i) Why choose to take an FY3 year (ii) Why choose to progress immediately to IMT (iii) Did the FY3 year provide the desired outcomes (iv) What are the long-term training and career goals for this cohort?
