Notice Description

The objective of this tender was to procure 2 external enforcement agent contractors to support the collection of unpaid council tax, business rates debts, business improvement district charges, and housing benefits overpayments which Buckinghamshire Council has not been able to collect directly from taxpayers. Cases will be passed to the 2 successful bidders at the compliance stage of recovery. Buckinghamshire Council will provide no guarantee of the number or value of liability orders that will be passed to the providers in any period. Due to fees being statutory, there is no price element built into this procurement. It is based on 100% quality.
