LPS Care (CYP) - Contract for the Provision of CYP Agency Residential Services - Block Purchasing Agreement
Notice Description
The Authority is seeking to commission a service that delivers high quality Children's Home placements for Lancashire's Children Looked After. The tender can be found on the Authority's Oracle Sourcing Portal's under the RFQ Number 15235612.The Service will provide 24 nominated placements in Childrens Homes. Nominated Placements must be located within Lancashire's local authority boundaries or up to distance outside of these boundaries of up to 10 miles for mainstream placements and up to 20 miles outside of these boundaries for solo and complex placements. These Services will be delivered by up to three Service Providers, through three separate Contracts tendered as three Lots each comprising of: * 1 solo Children's Home Nominated Placement; * 3 complex Children's Home Nominated Placements (in two-three bedded Homes); * 4 mainstream Children's Home Nominated Placements (in four-six bedded Homes). When appropriate amended versions of the tender are denoted at the end of the RFQ Number by a comma followed by an amendment number. Search results will display any and all amended versions of the tender. The latest version is determined as being the RFQ Number with the highest amendment number. You may only make a submission against the latest amendment. Where you have made a submission against a tender that is subsequently amended you will be required to resubmit prior to the submission deadline. Additional information: Please note there is an option to extend by any defined period provided that the total Contract duration does not exceed 5 years.
