The key aims of the new contract will be to: * Secure a new taxi provider that offers 24/7 services. * They must be based in Chelmsford and cover Chelmsford and surrounding areas. * Always punctual and polite to residents. * Have a range of vehicle sizes to include occasional wheelchair use.
