Notice Description

The Legal Aid Training Grant Scheme will provide funding for Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service (HLPAS) providers to train solicitors in late summer 2023-November 2025. This contract is for an intermediary to manage the grant on behalf of MoJ. The intermediary will be responsible for: a) supporting MoJ in developing the grant competition, award criteria and approach to monitoring grant performance b) managing the competition, assessing applications and providing funding recommendations to the MoJ. c) conducting performance monitoring during the funding period, sharing data at the conclusion of the grant for internal MoJ analysis.
