Notice Information
Notice Title
Special Allocation Scheme (GP Service) BLMK
Notice Description
NHS Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Groups (BLMK) are looking to commission a Provider to deliver an NHS mandatory Special Allocation Scheme, a GP service for people who currently have a restriction on using mainstream GP services. The purpose of the scheme is to ensure that patients who have presented in a GP Practice with challenging and sometimes violent behaviour can receive high quality medical provision within a secure environment, which will be accessible to patients on the scheme across BLMK. BLMK are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) / Request For Information (RFI) for a provider to deliver Special Allocation Scheme (SAS) within BLMK. The purpose of this Expression of Interest / Request for Information process is to understand from practices in and around Bedfordshire who would be willing to deliver this service. This is not starting a formal procurement process which is a decision which will be taken when the CCG understand the potential interest. Those expressing an interest will need to ensure that they have the necessary capacity for provision without destabilising their current practice. The procurement process/route will be finalised further to the interest shown from this EOI / RFI exercise; time is of the essence with the current contract expiring 31st March 2021. To register interest please go to https://attain.bravosolution.co.uk and click on 'Register here' and follow the onscreen instructions. The relevant documentation will be held within 'Special Allocation Scheme (GP Service) BLMK' project
