Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (the 'Authority') is issuing this invitation to tender ('ITT') in connection with the competitive procurement of STI self-testing and treatment services and oral contraception distribution utilising the Light Touch Regime as defined under Public Contracts Regulation 2015, regulations 74 to 77.
