Notice Description

APM UK provide services for people, places and business to create and improve skills, employment, and health and wellbeing. We support more than 30,000 people through tailored employment support services; information, advice and guidance; and skills training to achieve job and learning outcomes. Since 1997, we've been working in partnership with local communities across England to provide expert solutions that make a difference. We work with business and government, and hold Prime Contracts with the Department for Work and Pensions, Education and Skills Funding Agency, Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service, and the National Citizen Service Trust. The HMPPS CFO3 project, part funded by the European Social Fund, is designed to tackle the barriers to Effective Resettlement and promote Social Inclusion. Delivered in both custody and community, the focus of the Programme is to enhance an offender's employability and increase opportunities to access mainstream provision with the overall aim being the reduction of re-offending. As part of an expansion project, we are looking to work with Partner organisations who have expertise in delivering very specific services. We are looking for the following service delivery in the specified geographies: - Learning Disability Support Service across Yorkshire and Humber - Care Leavers support Service across Yorkshire and Humber - Self-Employment support across East Midlands, North East and Yorkshire & Humber As service delivery providers, you will work closely with our delivery teams to weave in your specialist support to the operational delivery. Additional information: Partnership Opportunity APM UK work with Partner organisations of all sizes; we value building meaningful partnerships with like-minded organisations. In joining our service delivery, you will join our Partner Network. We will support you with access to our wider resources and a dedicated support team that will take you through the programme delivery. Together, we will achieve market leading performance, build tenacity and resilience in our collective delivery teams, whilst positively impacting and enabling better lives. The deadline for completing the EOI is Tuesday 8th December 2020.
