GB-London: DIRR (Refresh) Studies
Notice Description
The Council requires a Development Infrastructure Requirements Refresh (DIRR) study. The DIRR study is required to assess whether infrastructure requirements for the area and land uses set out in a previous report need updating in the light of changes in the targets for the area and the latest development proposals, including validation of existing infrastructure projects, identification of any gaps and assessment of project status and timetable. This should include transport infrastructure, public realm, open space, social infrastructure and utilities provision. A review of programme costs is a core element of the commission together with an assessment of project cost confidence and application of appropriate risk contingency. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement in the tender documentation. The award of the contract will be based on the most economically advantageous tender. This will be assessed with weightings of 60% for price and 40% for quality considerations.
