Notice Title
services for Venues for Vibrancy Programme
Notice Description
The Venues for Vibrancy project aims to bring new cultural & entertaining experiences to City Consumers through partnerships by utilising unproductive City spaces. Celebrating heritage, culture & innovation in a distinctly City way. The scope of the work is for an 8-month cultural and cultural partnerships consultancy who will collaborate with the Destination City team and offer expert guidance and advice to support the development of the Venues for Vibrancy Strategy. The Venues for Vibrancy project will be an 8-month pilot. The supplier will work with the Destination City team to develop the programme, internal & go to market approaches, systems & packages - with the aim of establishing a long-term Destination City programme with tangible outputs and outcomes over the pilot period. Venues for Vibrancy will build upon the Cultural Planning Framework which will be completed by Publica in November 2023. Publica recommendations will be used to inform the Venues for Vibrancy go to market strategy and frameworks. This will also feed into work currently being developed on City Occupier mix and - with a focus on culture - deliver the strategic goals of Destination City to create a vibrant and sustainable ecosystem in the Square Mile and boost footfall and spend. Destination City will be appointing a Commercial Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships agency in early 2024. The Venues for Vibrancy project will lay some foundations for this piece of work by establishing go to market packages for enlivenment, destination city enlivenment criteria and internal/contracting processes.
