Wycombe District Council (WDC) intends to commission a stock condition survey of its public buildings e.g. libraries, offices, public toilets, administrative buildings etc. The information gathered will be stored on a database and will be used in detail to organise planned repairs, maintenance and improvements. Only experienced & qualified consultant surveyors, mechanical and electrical engineers will be considered for appointment. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
