Notice Description

Rotherham Council is bringing in a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) which will largely replace the previous S106 arrangements. To successfully implement the CIL, Rotherham Council requires qualifying developments to be charged at the correct rate and to be followed up through the development process. To implement the CIL, Rotherham Council requires a robust software system to assign the correct charge and track relevant planning applications through the process to completion. The system will need to link to the Council's existing Civica systems, ie FastPlanning the Planning application system and Civica Financials and Income The anticipated spend is in the region of PS40,000 for the period of the agreement. However this does not carry any guarantee of turnover and any estimated volumes of business are indicative and may vary upwards or downwards depending on actual future needs.
