Notice Description

Leeds Beckett University are seeking tenders for DW468 - The Provision of BIM Consultancy Services. The UK government has set a requirement that all publicly funded capital projects should be delivered with the BIM Level 2 agenda to reduce waste and improve working efficiency by 2016. The University Estate's Strategy has also set a requirement to digitise the Estate over the next 5 years. In order to achieve these objectives the University requires assistance to develop its BIM protocols. A certified BIM Consultant is now essential to work alongside our Estates Project team and our external Framework Partners to help direct and assist in developing procedures and documentation. The Framework will be for an initial 2 year period with the option to extend annually for a further two years subject to the agreed key success factors including satisfactory price, quality, and delivery performance. Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to Express Interest upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivered through this e-tendering system. Tender documents can be accessed from the My Tenders area of this website by selecting the View Details button of this project. The deadline for submissions of the tender will be 12:00 Noon on Friday 28th October 2016. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
