Notice Description

St Helens Council is looking for a Cloud based, hosted Contact Centre Platform that will replace the current Avaya/Nortel CC6 software. The current Avaya CS1000 infrastructure is itself due to be replaced , and any Contact Centre solution must be capable of achieving the following headline requirements: * 'Integration' with current CS1000 platform * 'Integration' with any CS1000 replacement solution either Cloud based or on-premise The Council is undergoing a detailed restructure of all of its services, which may involve expansion of the current Contact Centre requirements. This requirement could encompass the extension of the 'front door' service to include not only other council services, but partner agencies. As yet unspecified in full, along with timescales suppliers need to note this possible development in their response, and may reference to how any solution could be expanded to include the growth of the service.
