Notice Description

The WMCA (West Midlands Combined Authority) is looking to procure consultancy support to provide executive leadership for the Create Central team to support the Create Central Board to deliver the region's Creative Content Growth Plan. Create Central was established by the WMCA in July 2019 and officially launched in October 2019 and its role is to deliver the region's Creative Content Growth Plan and support work from the local industrial strategy - particularly in relation to the creative techniques, content and technology major new market opportunity and the creative industries sector strength. We are looking to appoint a Create Central Executive Lead to continue the work of the Create Central Programme and ensure the ongoing delivery of the programme of activity. Please see the Specification for the full contract requirements and the role is required for a 12 month period commencing 1st April 2021 until 31st March 2022.
