Notice Description

Social Care Lead Officer Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council are currently looking for 2x Social Care Lead Officers. They will be required to line manage a team of 7 Occupational Therapists each and this role is on a temporary basis for 3 months. The role will not entail a large case load and will instead be focused on the case allocation and performance/quality management of the Occupational Therapists 's in the team. A successful applicant will be a qualified Occupational Therapists, registered with HCPC and hold an enhanced DBS for both adults and children. They will need to have prior leadership and line management experience, ideally in an Adult Social Care setting. The roles is 37 hours per week; Monday -Thursday 9am till 5.30pm and Friday 9am till 5pm. Hours: 37 hours (see below for working pattern) Monday -Thursday 9am till 5.30pm and Friday 9am till 5pm. Start date: ASAP for 3 months Rate of Pay: Band G PS34,788 to PS39,782 PAYE but agencies can advise what the candidate would be looking for on a ltd company basis Contract type: Agency Attached documents: Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role.
