Summary of the contracting process

SEETEC Business Technology Centre Limited (SBTC) is seeking Intervention Partners to provide Money Management and Housing (IAG) services in Bristol, mainly to support participants in the Restart Scheme and Work and Health Programme. The procurement process, which started with a tender published on 28 October 2024, has recently entered the award stage. SEETEC requires a provider to deliver face-to-face, one-to-one appointments to participants at their Bristol office (BS1 2NT) for two days per week starting from 13 January 2025 for an initial 6-month period, with a potential contract extension. Key services include advice on housing and tenancy issues, homelessness, managing debt, benefits, and other employment-related barriers. The procurement method used was an open procedure below the threshold, indicating accessibility for a broad range of suppliers.

This tender offers a valuable opportunity for businesses experienced in supporting economically inactive individuals, ex-offenders, and those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Companies with expertise in financial advice, housing, and social work services would be particularly well-suited. Successful suppliers will be included in SEETEC’s Intervention Partners database, providing a pathway for future contracts and inclusion in SEETEC's 2025 framework without needing to reapply. This engagement can foster business growth by enhancing service portfolios, tapping into continuous demand, and securing long-term collaborative prospects with a leading provider in employability and social care sectors across the UK. Additionally, SEETEC’s standard T&Cs ensure structured payment terms and service evaluation through KPIs and SLAs.
