Notice Description
UK Shared Business Services Ltd acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority have put in place a Contract to provide a nursery services at the Little Star's Nursery at Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC). This Contract has been awarded under Regulation 32 (2) (a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) in the cases listed below : * No tenders or no suitable tenders/requests to participate in response to open procedure were received. Explanation: UK Shared Business Services Ltd carried out an open competition on behalf of the Contracting Authority for the nursery services at the Little Star's Nursery at Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC), Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, the publication notice number in OJEU is: 2019/S 041-093480. No suitable tenders were received in response to the open procedure therefore under Regulation 32 (2)(a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) the Contracting Authority awarded a contract by negotiated procedure without prior publication. Variation 002 - To extend the contract end date from 31/03/2026 to 31/03/2027.
