Notice Description

For this project Leeds City College are looking to engage with a supplier to work with the in house HR department and Health and Safety teams to reduce overall employee sickness and absence, to address the causes of work related ill-health, to promote general wellbeing and implement an occupational health management system which is electronically enabled, presenting a self-service portal for staff while offering some reporting and higher functionality for back office HR and management staff. A full list of core requirements has been included in the documentation provided. The contract would be to provide the full suite of core requirements, any additional requirements should they be requested and provided, if appropriate, by the awarded supplier at an additional cost. The length of the contract will be two years (24 months) with an option to extend by a further year (12 months) at the mutual agreement of the college and the awarded partner provider. Further extensions may be offered subsequent to this. Expressions of interest may be accepted until 28/12/2018 while tender submissions will be accepted until 31/12/2018.
