Notice Description

West Midlands Rail and Network Rail are looking to develop an Alliance to deliver a long-term improvement plan for stations in the West Midlands area. Initially, the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) wishes to appoint, on behalf of the Alliance, a specialist rail consultant to produce an outline development plan for 13 stations on the Stour Valley and Chase Lines. Please see the WMCA's BravoSolution e-tendering portal (https://wmca.bravosolution.co.uk) for further details including the separately attached Brief and 2 x Powerpoint Review documents (ref: itt_408). Please note that the appointed provider will be expected to deliver the services against the separately attached terms and conditions. Bids are to be evaluated on the basis of 50/50 price/quality and the deadline for submissions, via BravoSolution, is 1200 noon on Monday 27th March 2017. If you have any clarification questions in relation to this opportunity, please contact us via the message facility of this portal by no later than 1200 noon on Thursday 23rd March 2017.
