Notice Description

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead has two traveller sites that it requires management services for. The services required include - - Management of the pitch agreements for each of the two sites including the collecting of rent, issuing letters (such as for the late payment of rent), manging neighbourhood disputes,etc. - Maintain a waiting list for each site. - Undertake and or arrange for necessary repairs on site such as to communal facilities, boundaries, etc. - Manage and pay the sites utility bills and recharge appropriately. - Undertake annual fire risk and other relevant assessments. If your organisation can and is interested in delivering these services please email procurement@rbwm.gov.uk by 13:00 on the 03/03/2023 expressing your interest and providing details of your organisation and its experience in this field.
