Waste Collection Services
Notice Description
Tenders are invited from interested parties for the provision of Waste Collection Services at Keele University in accordance with the Tender Specification in Section 2 of the ITT. Given the need for one Service Provider to co-ordinate the delivery of all of the services required, the contract has not been divided into lots. The contract will run for a period of two years from 1st August 2018 to 31st July 2020 with options to extend for a two further periods of one year. The decision of whether to take up the extension options will be down to the absolute discretion of the University. The estimated total value of the contract over its duration (including the extension options if these are taken up) is PS720,000 excluding VAT. Description of the procurement: Regular Collections from over 50 locations across the University campus, of the following waste streams in wheeled bins of various sizes. General Waste Dry Mixed Recyclates (DMR) Glass Food Waste Green Waste Scrap Metals Confidential Waste Bulky General Waste Mixed Builders' Waste Segregated Plasterboard Full details of the Waste Collection Services required are detailed in the Tender Specification in Section 2 of the ITT.
