Notice Title

Provision for Advancing on Andean Regulatory Excellence: A sub-regional initiative for implementing Good Reliance Practices (GRelP) and elevating the Andean National Regulatory Authorities level of maturity and efficiency, for the British Embassy in Quito, Ecuador

Notice Description

The Department of Business and Trade (DBT) identified similar Market Access barriers related to the sanitary registration of medicines that are affecting the access of UK medicines into the three Andean markets. (Ecuador, Colombia and Peru). Considering that the main bottleneck for medicines registration in these three Andean countries is their National Regulatory Agencies' inefficiencies and lack of alignment to international good regulatory practices, the DBT team's purpose is to hire a consultancy to work with these three agencies, identifying their main struggles, recommending the best regulatory practices that could be implemented with the same resources they currently have, and providing them with recommendations and guidance on how to do it. Details to the project and documentation can be provided by emailing AME.PROCUREMENT2@FCDO.GOV.UK. Please ensure to provide project title and project code when sending the inquiry. Project code CPG/9997/2023
