Maintenance and Management Contract for TfL Road Tunnels and Pumping Stations
Notice Description
TfL is establishing a single contract for the maintenance of TfL's road tunnels and highway pump stations as outlined in this notice. This contract is the subject of Contract Notice number : 2020/S 016-033763. The scope of the contract will include: emergency and responsive maintenance, cyclic and routine maintenance which includes minor capital renewals, safety inspections, cleaning, mechanical, electrical and control activities associated with these apparatus (assets and equipment in and associated with the tunnels and pumping station). The contract will have a term of 8 years, with an option to extend up to a further 4 years. The scope of this contract is more particularly described in the procurement documents which are available free of charge by following the instructions below. The procurement process is being conducted by TfL (a functional body of the Greater London Authority (GLA)) as a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This contract is part of a suite of contracts/frameworks which TfL wishes to place for works/services (including inspections) relating to various TfL Surface Transport assets. To express an interest in this tender, economic operators need to complete and submit a response to the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) by the 24 February 2020 at 12:00 (mid-day). To access the procurement documents and complete and submit the SQ, an economic operator will need to be registered on the online e-tendering portal. To register or to check if you are already registered log on to https://procontract.due-north.com. Further instructions and guidance are included in the Selection Questionnaire and other procurement documents. TfL will host a Bidders' Conference on 6 February 2020 at TfL offices to share information about this contract. Economic operators wishing to attend should contact the person identified in this notice by 3 February 2020 for further details. For those unable to attend, all the documents and information provided will be available on the e-tendering portal.
