Please find attached documents relating to the tender for T18/02_Provision of Consultancy Services for an Estates Condition and Functional Suitability Survey Please note the closing date for your return is 12 noon on 7th September 2018. Tenderers must check that all the documents listed in the contents have been received and are complete in all respects. Documents that must be returned to us completed in full are: 20180820_Pricing 20180820_Sign all forms_RETURN with submission 20180820_Suitability Questionnaire 20180820_Tender Questionnaire There are no site visits planned. However, should you wish to arrange to come on site for a visit, please issue a correspondence through the In-tend portal. When submitting correspondence to In-Tend, please ensure you link your correspondence to the project it relates to. Anglia Ruskin University does not take any responsibility for correspondence/s being missed if they are not linked to the appropriate project. Tenderers are to note lodgement of large electronic files may take time and as such tenderers must allow sufficient time to fully transmit all files prior to the closing time. The estate to be surveyed covers 37 non residential and 21 Residential properties on 3 Campuses. The total gross internal floor areas are approximately 121,966m2.
