This Application for Funding is for Improving Provision in Nursing Homes for Service Users with Bariatric Needs. Durham County Council is seeking applications from providers, who are currently on the Provider Panel for Intermediate Care Plus Beds with either a block and or spot contract with Durham County Council who will: undertake adaptations to their nursing home to accommodate service users with bariatric needs more easily invest in bariatric equipment offer, or work with partners to offer, holistic bariatric support establish best practice for bariatric provision Due to limited resources, please note that this funding application is only available to providers currently on the Provider Panel for Intermediate Care Plus Beds with either a block and/or spot contract with Durham County Council.
