The London Borough of Hackney is requesting bids for an external consultancy to undertake research and evaluation to develop a vision for the future Growth Borough Partnership (GBP) which will work across Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest, to enable joint collaboration between the four boroughs during the transition and post-London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC).
