The University of Nottingham wishes to appoint a single supplier to provide a fleet of both Agricultural and Compact Tractors and Ride-On Mowers for use in its ground care and sports facilities maintenance operations. The selected supplier shall lease the specified fleet to the University. The leasing arrangement shall comprise all the necessary component level operational costs and be consolidated into a monthly or quarterly invoicing basis, The appointment will be by a process of Open EU tender procurement process. Key Objectives: o To obtain a Fleet of Tractors with proven reliability o To ensure the Fleet complies with the minimum supplied specification to meet all operational requirements o To support the University's commitment to becoming a leading green university, as set out in our Environmental Strategy by ensuring the Fleet is as energy efficient as possible o To maximise value for money for the University o To develop a flexible working relationship with the supplier in order to meet future needs over the period of the contract Additional information: TENDERERS MUST EXPRESS THEIR INTEREST THROUGH FIRST REGISTERING ON THE UNIVERSITY'S E-TENDERING SYSTEM https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofnottingham/ Non-compliant expressions of interest (EOI) will not be considered or acknowledged. The university reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any stage. The University does not accept any liability for any costs incurred in tendering EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST CLOSE: 19th April 2017 To EXPRESS INTEREST: Please first register on the eTendering system then Login and go to Tenders. Find the project scroll down to View Details and then scroll down to the Express Interest' button at the foot on the right hand side.
