LANB - Procurement of Multi-Disciplinary Consultant
Notice Description
The Authority is seeking to establish a single "Multi-Disciplinary Consultant (MDC) to administer a term contract to deliver off-site manufactured housing on behalf of the Authority in the role of Project Manager, Cost Consultant, Design Consultant, CDM Adviser, Design Adviser/Approver and Clerk of Works. The Consultant will be an integral part of the team delivering the Local Authority New Build (LANB) Programme. The contract will be for the establishment of a single Consultant on a long-term contract up to a maximum of 13 years.
