Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (DASV) services
Notice Description
We would like to invite you to our Service Review Engagement meetings prior to the recommissioning of the Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (DASV) services. Bradford District Partners, (Bradford Council, Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership and The Bradford Children's Trust) are responsible for and take a collaborative approach to the commissioning and delivery of DASV Services across the district. The services included in this group: * Survive and Thrive - integrated services for people experiencing domestic abuse and/or sexual violence (including services supporting perpetrators) * The Lotus Project - specialist services for those at risk of and/or working in the sex industry. * Rape Crisis - Bradford rape crisis and sexual abuse service for women and girls * Childrens Trauma Therapy Service - specialist therapeutic interventions for children and young people who have experienced significant trauma. The contracts for the above are due to end on 30th September 2024 and partners launched a formal commissioning programme in early 2023 to identify needs and how best to source future services. We would like to invite you to be part of this review looking at what is currently working well, what may not be, paths into services, barriers and what may need change as we move forward. The first event will be held on 13th November, 10.00 to 12.30 at Bradford's City Hall, the Banqueting Suite. This event is in-person and dial in facilities are not available.
