Notice Description

Tender for Fresh Water Burst Pipes The Excavation and Repair of Fresh Water Burst mains and pipes, including breaking out and reinstatement. The properties consist of Housing varying in age of both traditional and system built construction and of low, medium and high rise. The successful Contractor may be called upon to carry out works at short notice and the tendered rates should reflect this requirement. The total estimated value excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract including is PS174,000. This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from the contract. The contract is expected to commence on 1st December 2017 and will be for a period of 3 years until 30th November 2020. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the ITT and other related documents.
