Technical Advertisment for Construction Planning Services
Notice Description
Creation of an Initial 200 line programme in P6 with cost and resource inclusive and then continue to provide an update on a monthly basis to reflect works completed and the revise forecasts until contract end to support Old Oak Common project and provide a construction schedule for the Site Temporary services at Old Oak Common station to be able to link Key activities and project milestones within the overall Old Oak Common Programme. The Consultant shall be required to gather the information and develop the initial construction programme in P6, using the tender programme along with the necessary narrative describing the sequencing, resources, logic, assumptions and constraints and opportunities that are integrated into the programme, including but not limited to Milestones, Sectional Completion and Key dates check lists. Followed by ongoing support and associated works as required including Monthly Programme Monitoring, Update and Basic Reporting, Prepare and report critical path and near critical path analysis and attendance at Programme reviews with the customer representative. Activities for the programme which shall need to be included as required * Works programme monitoring and management * Produce resource histograms, if required * Programme risks, constraints and opportunities * Provide critical and near critical path analysis, planned value, earned value, schedule variance and recommend corrective actions as required * Key dates variance in MS Excel or Power BI * MTA charts (Milestones Trend Analysis charts) in MS Excel Additional information: None
