The Provision Of Protocol Visits team and VIP Transport Contract
Notice Description
1.1 The Authority "Foreign & Commonwealth Office," has a requirement for the provision of high quality VIP Chauffeur Services for Official Visitors to the United Kingdom. The requirement will primarily originate within the London (M25) area, however may include visits and meetings around UK regions. The Service required includes the booking / reservation of individual requirements and the provision of both vehicles and drivers. 1.2 The VIP Chauffeur service provided by the successful supplier will be provided to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) Protocol Directorate, as well as any other FCO Department with a business need for VIP Chauffeur Services. Additionally, the service will be provided for FCO Services (FCOS) - a trading fund of the FCO, which provides support and technical services across Government.
