A fully fixed and fully inclusive of all costs (except MOP contract) contract to run until 31/08/2019. Should fully fixed not be achievable provide details of what elements are not included and/or fixed with supporting risk exposure details.Start dates of supply contracts to vary but to common end date 31/08/2019.
