Role Description * Customer Service focussed * Service Desk Analyst tasks * Answer the service desk phone - log all incidents and service requests in Service Manager * Monitor the service desk inbox - if any email submissions come in which are incidents or service requests, log them into Service Manager * Dealing with 1st line support calls - resolving issues with Office 2013 suite of applications - Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook * Install image to new Surface Pro computers (someone else will need to add them into SCCM) * Deal with hardware incidents - e.g. docking station problems, monitor issues, replacing keyboards and mice etc * Assist with any video conferencing setups required and resolving issues * Configuring iPhones for new starters * Configuring profiles on Surface pros for new starters * Updating all asset movements in the asset lists * Assist with disposal of redundant IT kit * USB disk audit Additional information: For further information, please contact: procurement@ofwat.gsi.gov.uk
