Notice Description

The manufacture, supply to site and on-site erection of volumetric housing. CHIC is procuring on behalf of its 44 members and full details are set out in the Invitation to Tender. The calculations of lowest and highest values used herein are set out in the ITT Document 2. The current members of CHIC are: Fortis Living, Friendship Care & Housing, Herefordshire Housing Limited, Longhurst & Havelok Homes, Shropshire Housing Group, Two Rivers Housing, Spire Homes Ltd, Accent Housing Limited, Aldwyck Housing Group, Aspire Group (Staffordshire) Limited, Bolton at Home, Black Country Housing Group, BrunelCare, Cadwyn Housing Association, Calico Homes Limited, Catalyst Housing Limited, Chapter 1 Charity Ltd, Cymdeithas Tai Cantref Limited, Carmarthenshire County Council, (The) Community Housing Group, Curo (Somer Community Housing Trust), Cynon Taf Community Housing (2007) Limited, Dudley MBC, Family Housing Association (Wales) Limited, Gateway Housing Association, Gloucester City Homes, (The) Guinness Partnership Limited, Heantun Housing Association Ltd, Helena Partnerships, Muir Group, Newydd Housing Association (1974) Limited, Northampton Partnership Homes, Pennaf Housing Group, Rugby Borough Council, Sandwell MBC, Severnside Housing, Solihull Community Housing, St Basil's, Stafford & Rural Homes Limited, Stonewater, Tai Calon Community Housing Limited, Trident Housing Association, Watford Community Housing Trust, Welwyn Hatfield Community Housing Trust, (The) Wrekin Housing Trust. Fuller details are set out in the Invitation to Tender - Document 1. This tender is based upon some sample standard house and low rise flat types. However, volumetric solutions to be delivered under the Agreement may include homes, (flats, houses, bungalows etc.) for social / affordable rent, shared ownership, market rent, for outright sale, or a combination of these and other tenures and property types and ancillary buildings which may be retail, commercial, mixed use or specialist in type or nature. These may include low, medium and high rise volumetric buildings.
