Summary of the contracting process

The Swindon Borough Council is seeking recruitment services through an open procurement process titled "Children's Social Worker Campaign." This tender aims to fill six critical roles within the Social Worker teams, including one Team Manager and five Social Workers, due to recent changes and a local shortage of qualified candidates. The procurement period is active, with the tender ending on 1 November 2018, and the contract period beginning on 2 November 2018, lasting until 9 November 2018. The services will be delivered in the South West region of England.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for recruitment agencies and firms specialising in human resources and talent acquisition, particularly those with expertise in permanent placements within the social care sector. Agencies that can demonstrate a robust network for sourcing qualified candidates and effectively manage the recruitment process will find this an advantageous venture. With a focus on permanent roles, businesses that can attract candidates looking for long-term employment in social work are particularly well-suited to compete in this tender.
