East Suffolk Council (ESC) are seeking to procure the replacement of automatic fire detection system to Harry Chamberlain Court, Hollingsworth Road, Lowestoft Suffolk, NR32 4UG. The building is a 3- storey purpose-built block of occupied flats. Work will be required to both the communal areas, common parts and residents' flats.
