National Sexual Violence Support (NSVS) Fund

Notice Description

The Home Office is seeking to award grant funding to non-statutory sector organisations in England and Wales working nationally to provide support to victims and survivors of rape and sexual violence. The total award of this grant funding over the 1 (one) year period will be PS150,000. All bids must be for one year only, commencing 01 April 2018 and Bidders must be able to demonstrate that they can spend their entire potential award by the end of the 2018-19 fiscal year. Bidders should be aware that organisations may bid for costs already incurred since 01 April 2018, provided any expenditure that is retrospectively funded can be proven to have delivered the same outcomes and impacts that are being sought by this NSVS Fund. This should not be construed as a guarantee that funding will be made available retrospectively from 01 April 2018, and Bidders must acknowledge that the Authority will have sole discretion for all consideration of whether an activity that had already commenced was replicating this NSVS having provided sufficient evidence to support any entitlement to retrospective funding being backdated from 01 April 2018 Additional information: Please note the contract start date is 01 April 2018 (and not 01 May 2018), Bidders should be aware that organisations may bid for costs already incurred since 01 April 2018 (because this award notice will not be in place on 01 April 2018). Bidders should note that evidence will be required to show that any expenditure that is retrospectively funded can be proven to have delivered the same outcomes and impacts that are being sought by this NSVS Fund.
