Provide Multi-disciplinary professional design consultancy services to develop a RIBA Stage 2 design and cost plan for a 2FE (Ambulant and DDA compliant) for 240 pupils new all-through special school facility for ASD with complex education needs children at Hargood Road , London ,SE3 8HS while adopting DfE BB 104 Area guidelines for SEND and alternative provision: follow the Link: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/905693/BB104.pdf relevant output design specifications (Part B and Part C forms of the Output Specification for special school projects) and other building bulletins and regulations that may apply. and to achieve a pre-planning advice from Royal Borough of Greenwich(RBG) planning department.
