Notice Description

Applicants are invited from suitably experienced service providers wishing to tender for the provision of Service and Maintenance of Catering equipment across a 3 sites, Heartlands, Good Hope, Solihull (HGS) The detailed requirements are defined within the Electrical, Gas specification. The kitchen catering equipment maintenance & servicing shall include but not limited to the following: In-service inspection and testing of electrical equipment within the kitchen catering environment. Maintenance and servicing of commercial gas-fired catering appliances for use in all types of catering establishments Reactive maintenance covering gas, electrical across HGS sites This contract will start from 1st April 2020 The initial contract term will be for 3 years, with an additional option to extend by a further 2 years. This contract comprises the statutory testing/ inspection and planned preventative maintenance "PPM"; as well as breakdown repairs of all catering equipment as per Catering Asset List Additional information: Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://nhs.bravosolution.co.uk/nhs_collaborative/web/login.html and click the link to register - Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue' - Enter your correct business and user details - Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete - You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure); 2. Express an Interest in the Tender - Login to the portal with the username/password - Click the 'PQQs / ITTs Open to All Suppliers' link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier) - Browse the ITTs (there may be more than one page) and select 'itt_31380' by clicking on it. - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page - This will move the PQQ /ITT into your 'My PQQs/ My ITTs' page.
