The client has high aspirations to create a modern, technologically advanced organisation that offers its employees the opportunity to work in an innovative and flexible environment. Specifically this includes: * Establishing our Organisational way of doing things. Putting our people and our stakeholders at the heart of our work; thereby supporting the delivery of 21st century healthcare through the implementation of our mission. * We will start by simplifying and streamlining the way we work today, and co-design and build an excellent environment for our people for tomorrow. * Establishing a workplace culture that reflects our values and an aspirational way of working that supports our staff to excel. * Supporting the senior leadership team in building a strategy, facilitating the right way of working and developing teams.
