Notice Description

Provision of In-Service Support and Post Design Services contract to support and maintain the availability of MARTASS training systems, the provision of associated technical support, and the management and delivery of new/upgraded/technical refresh training solutions as directed. It is the intention to award an in service support contract to a single supplier (prime contractor). Data packs will be provided to bidders at the tender stage, where available. Elements of this requirement involve handling of material classified up to UK Secret Eyes Only. It is anticipated that the support contract will be for awarded in July 2017 for a period of 5 years with options to extend for an additional 2 years. A maximum of six bidders shall be invited to tender. These bidders shall be those suppliers that have scored highest in the pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ). Should a supplier be assessed as non-compliant or be scored as a 'fail' against any of the questions in the PQQ it shall not be invited to tender.
