Notice Description

The Healthy NHS Workforce Programme aims to achieve improved NHS staff health and is spearheaded by a group of 12 leading NHS organisations. These include employers such as hospitals, mental health, ambulance and community trusts and clinical commissioning groups, in partnership with NHS England, NHS Employers and Public Health England. NHS England is also focussed upon its own internal staff and wellbeing, which is aligned totally to the external programme, offer and steer towards improving health of 5,200 employees. The successful Bidder will be required to provide an innovative, occupational physiotherapy advice and treatment solution, designed to empower and heal our employees whilst reducing our costs. Service provision will include: online muscular-skeletal (MSK) information and resources accessible to all employees and rapid access to specialist occupational physiotherapy advice, physiotherapy intervention and solutions to individual employees based upon an uptake of 5% of our workforce (equivalent to 525 referrals).
