Online reporting of validated survey outcomes against the Top Employers benchmark, which provides comparative insight into the Client's employee conditions and highlights areas of excellence and of development. Publication of RMG's company profile on the Top Employers Institute website (conditional on certification). Access to the online Top Employers portal where tools and instruments can be found to leverage the certification in the Client's communication (conditional on certification).
