Notice Description

Copeland Borough Council is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced consultants to assess whether a suitable access/accesses can be achieved to the allocations identified in the Local Plan, with the exception of those where access has already been demonstrated through a recent planning permission. A number of additional sites which have been put forward since the production of the Preferred Options Draft will also need consideration. Further details are provided in the Invitation to Tender documents which will be made available to download upon registering an interest in this opportunity via The Chest Procurement Portal.
