Contract Summary
The existing stone retaining wall adjacent Belle Vale supports Council owned land. The wall has been subject to several localised collapses and consequently works are required to stabilise the wall. It is proposed to lower the height of the existing wall to 1.3m and to fell the trees on the land up to 15m to the rear of the wall and regrade the ground to a suitable gradient. The trees removed from the site will be replaced in a planting scheme approved by the Authority.
